Payment

Pricing on our website is displayed in currency of Gel (Georgian Lari).

The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. If order is already shipped return policy applies.

Debit or credit card

  • No card information is stored at our servers.
  • Customers can pay via Visa or Mastercard.
  • Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

Product returns and exchange

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and as such our team handles each query on a daily basis to the best of our ability. We hope you absolutely love your purchase, if for any reason you are not perfectly satisfied with your order you can simply return an item(s) in unused, unworn and undamaged condition. Please follow the guidelines below.

Return

Consumer shall notify Kotesi LLC in writing within seven (7) days; (beginning with the day after Consumer received the products) You should keep a record of your cancellation notice on email customercare@kotesi.com.

The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. The Tag and Seal on the packaging box shall not be removed or damaged. The products should be returned in their original packaging.

The products should be returned to Kotesi LLC within seven (7) days following Return Request.

Important exception from return policy:

Items purchased during the promotional period (such as, Black Friday, Holiday Season Sales and etc.) are not subject to return. All such sales are final.

Consumer shall bear all costs of returning the product to KOTESI LLC. Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.

You can return the products to Kotesi LLC by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to Kotesi LLC.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item up to or of the same value, please send an email to customercare@kotesi.com informing details of your order and of the new item you would like to exchange it for. The fulfillment of your request will be subject to our stock availability.

 Please note that you must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

Once your exchange has been confirmed by our customer service team, you must return the item(s) within 7days. All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.

Shipping

Please note the following:

  • Order processing usually takes up to 2 business days.
  • These days does not account for weekends, holidays, or any unforeseen delays that may occur on the courier’s side (such as weather conditions, high shipment volume, traffic disruptions or force major situations).
  • Please note that if a change in delivery options is requested by the customer, it may result in a delay in the delivery process.
  • We cannot modify orders once they are shipped. We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • Orders with incorrect billing address information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.
  • If the item is not received and sent back to us by the courier service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
