If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. The Tag and Seal on the packaging box shall not be removed or damaged.\u00a0The products should be returned in their original packaging.<\/p>\n\n<p>The products should be returned to Kotesi LLC within seven (7) days following Return Request.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Important exception from return policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Items purchased during the promotional period (such as, Black Friday, Holiday Season Sales and etc.) are not subject to return. All such sales are final.<\/p>\n\n<p>Consumer shall bear all costs of returning the product to KOTESI LLC. Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n<p>You can return the products to Kotesi LLC by packaging the relevant products securely and sending them to Kotesi LLC.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Exchange<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item up to or of the same value, please send an email to\u00a0customercare@kotesi.com\u00a0informing details of your order and of the new item you would like to exchange it for.
